At ASWAQ USA INC, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our international business-to-business and retail customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. Processing and Fulfillment Time

Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Brand Fulfillment: Please note that we act as a distributor/aggregator. The time it takes for brands to fulfill items to our warehouse can vary. We do not guarantee a 100% fulfillment rate for every order due to brand-specific stock restrictions.

Order Acceptance: Your order is considered accepted once we confirm the availability of the products from our suppliers.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: We primarily ship from our Houston, TX warehouse to the GCC region (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait).

Delivery Estimates: Standard international delivery typically takes 10-21 business days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, transport operator queues, or brand-specific logistics issues. ASWAQ USA INC is not liable for these external delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ASWAQ USA INC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For bulk B2B orders to the GCC, please ensure you have the necessary import licenses if required by your local regulations.
5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We primarily ship to physical business or residential addresses. Shipping to P.O. Boxes may result in delays or inability to deliver depending on the local carrier in the destination country.
6. Damages and Loss of Title

Once we transfer the products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at a.alwazir@aswaqusa.com within 48 hours to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pay local customs duties, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any return fees incurred.
