Fulfillment Rate: Due to brand restrictions, we cannot guarantee a 100% fulfillment rate. By placing an order, customers agree to accept whatever quantities arrive and are successfully fulfilled.

Delivery Times: Delivery times may be longer due to brand-specific restrictions and transport operator queues.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at a.alwazir@aswaqusa.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions Personal care goods (such as beauty products), sale items, and gift cards are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have a 14-day right to cancel or return their order as per EU regulations. Items must be in original, unused condition.
